It's both meaningless and it has meaning.
It doesn't (necessarily) mean the event finishes at 11.07 pm.
But it does mean no-one could tell us what time it does finish.
So I picked 11.07 pm for just those times.
To give some meaning to the fact that it must finish sometime.
It may just finish at 11.07 pm.
Unlikely.
If it doesn't then it will finish before 11.07 pm.
Or after.
Should the finish time be important to you try this.
Get in touch with the venue/act/organiser and just ask.
